Surprised by collagen!

So close!


I think there has been one occasion in my life that I was able to touch my toes! Well, now you know me better!! The reason for sharing this exciting piece of information is that I had a surprising benefit from doing collagen loading.



I’m so close to being able to touch my toes!! I’m super happy about that. I was the one in the yoga class that could barely sit up straight and could just about touch my knees comfortably, let alone my toes! I know I’m not the only one (although it always felt like I was!)
